Went to Walton this morning to photograph the sunrise, and on my walk back snapped up some birds!

Great set and lovely details in the feathers in the wings on the 3rd shot.

With the exception of the last one, none of these seem to have held a lot of detail. The first 4 are suffering from a magenta cast, probably due to a WB issue. The compositions and exposure look not too bad. I can't see the exif so can't be sure of why they are soft but I'd hazard a guess at either large/ish crops or slow/ish shutter speeds.
