Although I feel a tad sorry for the OP, +1 for WE for coming out and responding in here.

Plus to the one. I also posted about a bad experience I had with a retailer a while back and got completely mauled by the forum angels fir whom nothing ever gies wrong much as mini has been here. Simple answer is I won't ever post up about bad service again to warn fellow photographers and I'm secretly hoping something goes drastically wrong on one of their purchases so I can sit back and smile with glee, whilst muttering "I told you so".

Fair play to Ben for coming on with a very well written and comprehensive reply. There is obviously some good eggs at WEX.
