Weird prop effect..........

Any ideas what is causing that weird prop effect?
 
To me bearing in mind I am on the iPad, looks like exhaust smoke :shrug:

forget what i said, the rest of the plane is sharp

25 min later, with a Spit, same spot, camera, lens, lens settings and moving forward - no such effect and I have not seen this effect before when taking this Hurricane. hence being puzzled :thinking:

Thanks for the suggestion Stuart but the exhaust stack is contained within the diameter of the rotating prop and would not be picked up by the prop.

It's simply water condensing on the prop surface. It happens quite often in the UK, it being moist (to a greater extent when I take aviation photos usually!). Same principle as clouds on wings of fast moving jets.
