Think it is (well the book says) White wagtail, european bird, counter part of the pied wagtail comes from Channel isles and europe. Few pairs in scotland most sightings on the coast in Autumn.
More likely to be pied wagtail. The white wagtail has a greyer back than the pied and on your image, what we can see of the back looks black rather than grey.
