Which Lens

I am having difficulty on deciding on which zoom lens to get for weddings.

I'm currently starting out on weddings and have done around 8 so far this year with limited budget and kit etc.

I have been shooting mainly with a Tamaron 17mm-50mm F2.8 although I do use my nifty and sometime Sigma 10mm-20mm at a push.

Looking to invest in a decent zoom lens but not sure which one.I'm shooting with a canon 450d, and a 350d spare which I normally put the nifty on.

Any advice would be most apprciated. thanks

Are you talking about a longer zoom? If so, to be honest you might as well start saving up for the Canon 70-200 f/2.8 IS, it's what you're going to be ending up with anyway!

Fast primes are often the order of the day for weddings as well, look for things like the 85mm f/1.8 and similar, it'll make those low-light shots more attainable!

Get a 70-200mm. Either the Canon version if you can afford it or the Sigma/Tamron ones if you are on a lower budget.

Thanks guys thats the one I wanted but really wanted other peoples advice before I commit.
