Which one?

I like both of these, they have subtle differences but i just wanted to know what you think?

Really like the second one... #1 is a bit too dark in the foreground for me, compared with #2. Both stunning shots though!

Another vote for number 2. Number one is too dark in the shadows and not sure if it's just me, but have you added some sort of blur/ glow effect? the windows in all but the building on the right seem out of focus to me in the first photo.

Yes i did add a glow and soften to that image, i wanted to go the other way from image #1

nope, just shadows, blacks and highlights played with.
