Well was a good day, didn't get as many shots that I liked as normal, bit off my game I think :) anyway here are some of them.

Thanks for looking.

Blimey, you don't hang around!

I'd love to see your shots when you're ON your game! #3 is an absolute corker.

Nice going Stu (y)

No #4 for me Stu, it's just "different" (in a positive way ;))

This is what I got for No #3. It's a 100% crop from the GF1, auto settings & a little noise reduction / sharpen.

I think I'll stick to 20mm & give up with long lenses :D

preety good, we never even made it int the discovery centre

Stu,

Personally, we can't accept your excuses.

Perhaps your dissatisfaction is the lack of 'models'!!!

John

Oh, that was what was in the discovery centre!

I do really like #4 - composition is lovely although I think it could have done with a touch more shutter speed. Still a really nice shot.

#2 and #3 do it for me. I'd like to see that dead space above the lion's mane disappear. I'm afraid the cheetahs look a little dull/flat to me and could do with brightening up a bit. The water lizard is a bit central in the frame for my tastes. #5 is good though.

Just to add to the chorus, The Grasshopper is a belter!

Now what was that about bums again.... ?

No point hanging around Marc :naughty: this is about it for keepers for the day :(

Definitely. I missed out on anything like that. It must have been due to me sitting around drinking coffee and eating chips.

Thanks, Coffee and Chips, Ummmmmmmmmmmmm nice :D

Number 3 is a cracker

Thanks, shutter speed was a pain in there

Thanks, the Cheetah where difficult to edit for some reason, will have another go at them
