Beginner Wildflower

Good effort :)

A) looks a little dark
B) I would have liked to see either more of the flowers in focus OR the single flower more isolated such that it isn't nearly overlapping with the others. How it's framed makes them one subject to me.

I have an other PoV if the minimalist approach was the
chosen option. Yes, technically, a tad too dark with too
shallow DoF. Even the colours and the tonal range are
too subdued.

But then again, if the minimalist approach was the cho-
sen option, that decision would take this rendition under
the artistic intent tab and, in that case, well done.

Thank you for the opinions guys, looking again, I think you are both right about it being a little too dark.
The shallow DoF was a choice made when I took it. I can see the argument for extending it to cover all three flowers, however it's intended display was on instagram where it's cropped smaller and square, making it look more appropriate.

But still the background flowers overlap, shot from a touch down and to the left would have put it in its own space and also made a nice symmetry with the OOF flowers.
