Hi everyone

Just to let you know that I've uploaded around 80 new images (mainly birds, mainly Bittern, and a few other images) to my 'Blashford Lakes Showcase' pages:

http://www.geoffdore.com/gd/showcases/blashford/blashford-index.htm

The new images thumbnails are marked 'NEW' in red.

Love the shot of the Bittern! Never actually seen one!

Thanks Michelle - Bitterns are doing better these days though still a nationally scarce bird - must be some in Lincs somewhere!

I'm not sure what effect the mites have on bees but they must be a nuisance - some may be more of a problem back in the bee's nest.

2 cracking shots Geoff, the bittern is top notch and they're certainly blend well into their environment.
