Zoo Shot of an Owl - removing fence 'haze' - Edit now added

Hey all,

Could one of you lovely folk offer assistance on dealing with the slight fence haze above the owl in this shot? It is shot at 1.6 right up against the fence, but still have a slight couple of lines.

Any assistance greatly appreciated!

I suspect smooth is referring to the (near) horizontal line that looks almost like the pic has been printed, folded, unfolded, then scanned.

If so, just regular clone tool would get rid of it easily enough, I suspect.

Added an edit to the OP - I thought the clone too would be too harsh - but it has worked pretty well IMO coupled with a bit of gaussian over the area.
