That seems like a lot of ground to cover over 7 days. I would suggest more time at fewer locations.
For the changing of colours Kyoto would be the place to go as would Kurashiki.
Kiyomizu Dera temple in Kyoto is the iconic shot and Kurashiki has Kenroku'en gardens, one of the top 3 in Japan.
Spent a couple of days at the loop this week to test out the Sigma 150-600 C, saw a nice selection of aircraft :)
1.GR4 Tornado
2. F-15
3. Hawk
4. C-130 Hercules
5. Tucano

A few photos from September when I was in Norway. An amazing place that I'd love to go back to.
#1. Triple stave church in Heddal
#2.View from Mæl Bus Station
#3. Not technically a landscape image, but didn't feel like making a separate thread just for this one
#4.View while hiking...
I've got a verbatim media share, it has a built in SD card reader and can be attached to an external hard drive via usb3, all you need is a mobile device to connect and use the app to do the initiate the transfer.
Cheaper set up than getting the Western Digital Passport external HDD
