    Nikon D5300 Owners thread

Just found this thread. I've had my D5300 for a year now and love it. It's my first dslr and I find it so easy to use. Here's to many more happy years!!!

New Year at Seaford & Saltdean

Lovely set. I particularly like no.1. I like wind turbines, and even in a still shot I think they look graceful

    Konika to nikon adapter

Thanks all. I may just stick to using the lenses on the old bodies. It was just a thought, as there are quite a few lenses. Thanks for all your input

    Konika to nikon adapter

I inherited my grandfathers old 35mm konika film cameras and lenses, and was thinking of buying an adapter so I can use the lenses on my d5300. My questions are: Is it worth it? Would it be "ok" (use for taking photos of days out with the family), or would I get close to the same quality of shot...

    Lowther Castle

Thanks for that. I agree about the logo, I'll have to sort another for black and white [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]

Thanks for that. As I said, I'm still learning, so all help is appreciated

    Lowther Castle

Went to Lowther Castle yesterday, and thought this would look good in black and white. It's my first attempt at monochrome conversion, so be gentle(ish) Dramatic_lowther by Adrian Backhouse, on Flickr

    Technically a "seascape", but....

I'm not, I just copied and pasted the URL. I did see the bb code when I was looking on Flickr, so I'll try that next time, thanks

    Technically a "seascape", but....

1 out of 3 is showing. It also looks under exposed to me on my phone, but looks lighter on my PC. All 3 were the same shot, but wouldn't link to my flickr. Now I know what works, I can post more. Thank you

    Technically a "seascape", but....

I have been playing in lightroom, and also thought I would test out posting here again (first time for many years). Hopefully it works, and you like it.
