Thanks Guys, Thomo, I am using a Tamron 70-300mm f/4-5.6 Di VC USD lens. It appears to have great Vibration Control ( image stabalisation ). I coupled it with my new 7d and it has opened up a whole new world of possibilities for me to explore. John
