wow Peter....thanks for the swift reply...... I Like the first part " I'd suggest you put your feet up and forget about EV mode unless it drives you mad". I was hoping this was the case..... as long as I know I don't need to worry abouts its' use, thats good enough for me...... Thanks once again...

This is my first post so forgive me if I've repeated an already covered topic. :) I've just bought a sekonic L308B lightmeter and understand most of its' functions, other than the EV mode. I gather its a combination of shutter speed and apeture, but when would I use this, ....... I'm concerned...
