There is a car park on the other side of the little boat house. There is a fork in the road just before the area you took the shot from. You then have to walk back along the main road and round to the small jetty. That's what I do as there is no room to park

Its a favorite of mine, Loch Ard. Hold the mist for a long time. The whole loch has some good shooting opportunities

yes, there is an access road to the lighthouse. It has a restaurant and bar inside. I never got inside, but it looks outside my price range.
