Those where taken last weekend on the RAC rally,not had a chance to sort out todays event yet.(didnt want to post them up on here from last week,its already been well covered.)

You have some great pics there given how bad the light was, I was struggling somewhat myself only having the 50-500mm Sigma,after 2pm it might as well have been night time !!

Great second shot of the Tin Bath,I just missed it passing over Lockwood viaduct near Huddersfield but managed to get it at Brighouse, Where was this shot taken as it looks like a great spot?

A few snaps of this wonderful steam train as it passed through the Dales on Sunday 4th October. What a wonderful sight as it passed over Ribblehead viaduct,the first time i've seen a train over the viaduct. Approaching Long Preston Ribblehead. Thanks for looking.

Smart pictures and a lovely location.I was further down the line at Long Preston and then Ribblehead. Will try this location maybe next time :cool:

Tonka's save the day there Tim,great pics from the East side,shame about the Herc though.

I always like steam engine shots on bridges and viaducts,shame about the power lines and the pylons,but there is not much you can do when they are on the mainline,unless you're good with photoshop that is.

A nice shot,great colour,but i think it would be even better if it weren't for the railing.
