    Ah! methinks you are correct...... Googling shows me images that are very close to what I recall seeing. I had no idea that such small Chafers existed. The very bright sun on it made the colours much bolder & brighter than in the images on Google. Sorry no, not a shield bug.

    FWIW We have CLI (calling line identification) and any number we don't recognise we never answer.....on the basis of it it is important they will leave a message on the answerphone.

    When we were analogue voice with PlusNet and before that BT we could divert such numbers and IIRC you dial 1572 you access that function. Now with EE and digital voice there is a similar service too.

    Ah! you are right..... I forgot you use the Fastmail service/system to access Zen You would have use an alternate client to directly access Zen. I hope you can resolve it aok.

    FWIW As I/we don't need the perceived benefits of IMAP I use POP and set the mailbox accounts to hold emails for >60 days to ensure against local problems. Of course for other folks YMMV
