Having just bought a new laptop (Win11), i'm experiencing the problem of not being able to dl LR6. Adobe no longer provide it, and following some guides online only get me so far! Is it possible anymore or should I find another editing program? any recommendations?

Yeah, turn around time really good, sent it RMSD last Saturday so they'd receive it Monday. They then don't touch the package for 24hrs for COVID rules, and it's due for delivery today by UPS. (y)

Bit of an update if anyone's interested! I emailed them and got back a quote containing: Labour 1hr @ £70/hr, parts £9-£30, return delivery plus VAT. As it's definately not a DIY job (camera has to be taken apart to replace thread),went ahead and sent it in. Got a reply yesterday that the work...

I've had a 1DX for 3 years now, my keeper rate shot up to over 70% immediately! Such a great camera, had many Canon DSLR's before like 5D3, 7D, 1DIV/III but nothing comes close to it! I'll mention another thing...battery life! one charge on an LPE4N must be equal to about 5 charges of an LPE6N...

I changed my mind (for the 10th time!) again, and went for the Benro. The arca swiss clamp swung it for me in the end, got it from Dale photographic, i think the only UK shop that had it in stock! Arrives Monday...:D:D

I'm looking to give macro another go but only have ball heads, so i've been looking around at various macro posts and have come to the conclusion either a Manfrotto 410 junior or the Benro GD3WH would suit my needs. Questions are; which to go for? Second hand would be best, a few Manfrottos...
