    Well guys, I have bit the bullet and got myself a 30D as new boxed with 3 batteries etc and a Canon EF 100-300mm F4.5-5.6 USM lens for £300, what do you think? is the lens any good? Thanks again Danny

    Thanks for all your feedback, guys. I am going to up my budget to around £300 and see if I can get a later camera maybe a 20d/30d? Thanks again danny
