I am photographing a wedding on friday (yes friday the 13th) any way i have a very exclusive opportunity for the bride and groom and thats having there picture taken with a Superstock championship power boat docked in a marina. Here is my question, i don't normally shoot boats like let alone...

Unsure if i am missing the point however but here is my question. Recently i have been to a few wedding fayres and overheard photographers discussing there settings. and this wouldn't be the first time either. Is there a good reason to leave your camera in Auto iso? i shoot weddings too...

As the title says really what is a good step up from the tammy 17-50 2.8? it will also be going on a canon 7d
