    The General Drone-Related Thread

I've just had this and re-installed the firmware and hovered it indoors for 5 mins with no error. I will try outside and see if it happens again though. If it does then i will change the props. You say the props that need changing flash when landing, i'll have to look out for that as i never...

    The General Drone-Related Thread

I've only had my mini just over a month now and i must say i'm loving it. I only bought it on a whim thinking id be selling it on a few weeks later, but here i am now contemplating a Mavic Air 2 as i'm really missing Raw capabilities. Anyway, i bought a set of Skyreat nd/pl filters to get the...

    Nikon Z* mirrorless

Loving my Z6 but ive yet to try out any native lenses. I'm thinking about selling my Sigma 50 1.4 ART for the 50 1.8 s but i'm not sure if its worth it?

Lovely set, really like these. My only crit would have been to to use a wider aperture to knock out the background a bit more, but none the less still good shots, well done.

    Nikon D610 Wedding Photography

As stated, the D750 is far superior to the 600/610 when it comes to acquiring focus quickly and especially in low light. If the lights good and the subject isn't moving fast then its capable of producing stunning pictures, I had one for 3 years and got used to the focus, it wasn't until i got a...

    Nikon Z* mirrorless

Had a quick 5 min play with the Z6 last night, very impressed so far........ tried my Sigma 35 1.4 Art which seems very sharp even though the lens is calibrated to my old D750 via the Sigma dock. My questions is, should i reset it back to its default values or does it not matter?

    Highland Wedding

These are really good, the first one has a very painterly feel to it. What system do you shoot with out of interest?

    Nikon Z* mirrorless

The other thing i was worried about is, as i'll only have 1 memory card which will probably be 64gb, is what to do when i run out of space and im away from home or a pc. For instance, i'm going on holiday in August and always bring my camera, but in the past ive had plenty of SD cards if i run...

    Nikon Z* mirrorless

Thanks, i was really happy with my D750 but had an itch, and i've never had a new body in 10 years of photography, so thought with mirroless etc now is the time. I could well regret it but im thinking i won't. I'm a prime sort of person, and have the Sigma Art 35 and 50 along with a Nikon 85...

    Nikon Z* mirrorless

Ok, have sold both of my DSLR's now so going to order a Z6 and FTZ adapter from efinity this week. I was going to get an XQD card from there too, either 64gb or 120gb not sure yet as funds are tight. Just wondering if there is anywhere that does these cheaper that i havent heard of? Also, can...

    Practising ring shots

Thanks for the feedback everyone, i realise its not something for everyone and not exactly a traditional ring shot but, i have seen this style alot lately and wanted to try it myself without having to invest in a macro lens. I have found that the reverse macro and tubes etc can do the job, but...
