Cheers dizidav that looks good.
I take my 60D and 600D up mountains with a wee Canon EF-S 18-55 EFS. A £40 repair of the 17-85 sounds like a better option than me worrying about an expensive lens getting bashed about in my rucksack!! :D
I got this lens a few years ago with my Canon 60D but it's faulty and A J Johnstone (Glasgow) have quoted me over £120 for repair.
Should I forget this and put the money towards a 24-105 L?
I also think I have some 1/4 nuts but not with the 20 thread as they don't fit any of my tripod mounts.
If what you have fits, Mickledore I'd love em.
The GoPro is on top of the timer with a sticky bracket that was supplied with the camera.
I I'm needing a couple of 1/4-20 square nuts and a longish bolt if anyone has some imperial bits and bobs in their parts bin. (this is the standard tripod thread).
I only need 2 and can only see multi packs online.
This is to make a tripod thread on the base of an egg timer.
I have once again reread the whole pages for inspiration. I love your work. Could you please assist in advice on best soldering poits for orb tool as I have some sets with thin wire. My eyesight is not great but my last tool snapped close to batteries and considered solderring wires a few...
Yes, I have sent them ANOTHER ticket and an intention to return.
There is a firmware fix for this but I can't even turn it on for it to recognise a memory card.
I'm now in Kinochbervie and the road in was spectacular. I was wanting to get on car footage as I brought up my old RS2000. :(
