    Beginner Help in lenses - Canon G15 / New camera

    If you can, instead of upgrading, get an additional camera instead. I used to have the G16, and really miss the camera, taking my 5D4 and lenses on holidays etc is just too cumbersome. I bought he G16 for £270 when it was brand new, and they're over £300 second hand now :(

    I've not used the Nissin, but can certainly recommend Godox, I had the 850, and it'll last me all day! Recharges really quick too.     Canon 50mm f1.4 or 85mm f1.8 on 6D

    I take my 50 and 85 out when I'm shooting portraits, 90% of the photos are from the 85. Hope this helps.

    Thanks for the reply. I love the fact that the 860 is a lithium-ion battery, and I'd like to move away from AA batteries.

    I use the 12-24, no complaints here. Does the job for me.
