I have a pair of Celestron Granite inc the case and strap also front and rear optic covers , I was amazed the first time I looked through them , Almost high definition 12x50 ED optics , Look on YouTube for reviews , My pair could be for sale as I mostly use my Pentax spotting scope .

Steve, Not sure what you think of this idea , I did long and hard and I must say in my old age it is great Buy a mobility scooter , I have a Tramper all terrain model , Does 30 miles on a charge , I use it lots . Then you can take your scope with you .
