    What car do you drive?

Your mate is putting it lightly- the haldex can be a liability on track! It can (and has) really caught me out when it changes the F:R split halfway through a slide. I don’t have the controller (although it’s on the wish list) but for now I have a powertrak haldex insert. This little gizmo...

    What car do you drive?

My friend in his clio went off at the same spot incidentally - but it’s so light that it rolled when it hit the gravel! It was his first time out in it since he bought it!

    What car do you drive?

I meant that your advice probably works best for a rear wheel drive car. What I found works with the TT (which is a 225 quattro), and was also advised by the MSV instructor, was to stay on the gas, and minimal steering correction.

    What car do you drive?

Not quite - on RWD perhaps. Best course of action for the TT, on that corner was to stay on the throttle - but Just ease off slightly, and small steering input to correct the slide. I had a couple of slides too! Better yet, try to get the car straight as possible going down the hill. The...

    What car do you drive?

Occasionally I get to take the Turbo Hairdryer out on a trackday... I let my nephew have a go last time out at Brands a couple of weeks ago. “Don’t worry - I know the track. I’ve done it on the PS4!” That went well! Hahha See 3:08: View: https://youtu.be/8CUVrcCs3HA

Premium / regular / supermarket petrol - what's the difference?

All 3 of my cars are remapped, and have to be run on 99 RON fuel. Running on lower octane fuel causes the ignition timing to get pulled, meaning less power and efficiency. Specifically on my RS4, it also begins to run a bit lumpy on the rare occasion I've had to put in some 95 RON. Well known...

Audi Driver International Car Show - Video

Shot on my Sony A6000, with a zhiyun crane M gimbal (fist time using it). Edited on a MacBook using iMovie while sat on the train (over 3 days!) View: https://youtu.be/XfN3dcpWEYQ Comments/critique welcome. I'd like to get better with the gimbal - it's a really useful bit of kit, but I was...

That's good feedback - thanks. You had a saloon or avant (taxi or breadvan in RS246 lingo)?

    Audi RS4 Photo/Video Shoot

Thanks! I wish they cost the same as rubber bands... It's a firm, but adequately supple ride. It's on fully adjustable coilover suspension, set fairly soft as I have 2 sprogs and a wifey. The standard wheels are 19" compared to the 20" ones I have, so you do end up with a lower profile tyre...

    Audi RS4 Photo/Video Shoot

Hi Guys In order to show off a new carbon fibre rear diffuser, I gave the car a good clean and took loads and loads of pics, and a video, and thought I'd share the result! The story behind the diffuser/valance is that I've fancied a part like this ever seeing pics of a race RS4 that had one...

Beginner Sony A6000 Video Tips - Car Meet

I've just bought a used Sony 50mm F1.8 e-mount prime from the classifieds, looking forward to utilising that F1.8! I'm torn now whether I keep the kit lens for wider angle stuff, or try the sigma.

Thanks for the good advice @Digitalize Do you know if the sigma 30mm prime focuses as fast as the Sony lenses?
