Yes, unfortunately we have to take pictures through glass, and the worst mistake IMO I did, was to go there on a weekend. Huge crowd and flashes didn't help me plan properly. I will plan one during a weekday and try again.

Thank you for the detailed information, much appreciated. I'm not a wedding photographer, I saw these couple having their photographs taken at the cathedral and I was at the place at the same time and couldn't resist taking a pic. It will help in my future editing of the pics.. Many thanks

Yes, Chris they are heavy crops. I'm now thinking of extension tubes and I already have an yonguno off camera flash, which I start use in future shots. Thank you for the suggestion.
