Tom, That was me and your right about the missus. She likes a shorter walk in and I was heading for the watersplash which was a long way in. She usually has a cuppa and shoots of to the nearest town to do some shopping. I have it pretty good eh! Cheers Jim

Thanks for the comment, much appreciated. I was a bit up the track from the corner as both sides were pretty overgrown and it also avoided getting soaked or flattened by standing at the track side. I have some with a bit of the out of focus foliage showing and am still not sure what works best...

I take the point re the cropping. Photo 1 is cropped very slightly during processing as there were overhanging branches on the left side. The others (2,3 &4) are uncropped. The track was very narrow with overhanging branches and I was not sure as to whether it is best to loose these or widen the...

Thanks for the comment. processing seems to be causing me a bit of an issue. From both comments I have had another look and feel that the Shadows/Highlights have a lot to do with it. Especially no 5. I have uploaded another, this time leaving S/H alone. Car is now looking white. All I did here...

Ant, Having looked at them on TP I can see what you mean, especially 1, 2 & 6. It was a pretty sunny morning and I messed about with the Shadows, Highlights and Mid tones, then resized and a bit of sharpening. I then saved for web. I will try again. Cheers
