Wide angle lens for cropped camera

I'd suggest as others have look at the Sigma 10-20. Had one a few years back on a Nikon D300 and it did the job for me. Yes it's a slow aperture but it depends what your usage of it will be?

    car Nav update

I use Google maps via Android auto. Find it as up to date as you can get. Any manufacturers system is always 6-12 months behind as by the time new road data has been processed then written correctly something else would of changed. The price manufacturers charge is baffling to me. I find that...

Some recent Rallies... BRC, BHRC, BTRDA etc

Some really nice shots there. I quite like the wider shots showing the cars in the surrounding area than just close up.

Haynes Motor Museum - a 10 year olds perspective

Some great photos there. Like you have said he definitely has the eye for it. The exhaust one was really good. I really like the Muira one too, shame about the barrier in the way but nothing you or your son can do about that.

What will be your next photography related purchase? Or what photography gear do you lust after?

I'm tempted to move back to a DSLR or swap my Panasonic Lumix for an Olympus Em5.2

    Do you keep the boxes?

Wow definitely looks like I am not alone then in wanting to keep them for any possible resale in the future.

    Do you keep the boxes?

Just in the middle of moving house and my other half wonder's why I have kept all the boxes for my camera gear. So my question is do you keep yours? Or do you bin them after the warranty expires. And does it add any value to the gear?

The GAS confessional - all who suffer are welcome. :)

I'm considering a new camera nothing more than I fancy a new camera. Just no idea what to buy, hoping the gas subsides before my bank account takes a hit

    Beard care products....

I have found the current one I am using and the Gillette one does have some hold/shaping control. I did start out with Bulldog beard balm but that felt just like it moisturised more than anything.

    Beard care products....

I've grown a beard during the first lockdown so also new to the world of beard care products. Currently using some rhubarb and custard beard balm I found on Amazon. Have previously tried the Gillette one which wasn't too bad. Also using the Gillette beard wash at the minute which I think is...

Are you a member of a local camera club?

The club I go to is more like you said about discussing photos than having a competition, which I enjoy more. I think without that interaction to talk with like minded people I am finding that's what's giving me a lack of motivation. I think I need to take a note of your approach go out with the...

Are you a member of a local camera club?

Just wondering what sort of percentage of people on here are a member of a local camera club? Also now we are in lockdown is your club still doing anything? Like online meetings etc? Also what frequency did/does the club meet? If your not a member of a local club what's your motivation to go out...
