The bag issue is real, but since I bought a Wotancraft Pilot 2L it’s made life much easier, the only bag I’ve ever had that genuinely doesn’t even feel like your carrying anything.

You’re asking too much.
Sony IBIS and most other makes isn’t great in video, Panasonic are miles ahead.
It’s a 70-200 @ 135mm, challenging.
You’d need a high end gimbal with strong motors for a 70-200.
Try using crop mode @85mm first and compare results.
Panasonic don’t own up to their mistakes, ask anyone that’s bought the S5 II or S5 IIX about the faulty mic inputs that leave a video orientated camera unusable to record clean sound. It’s an inherent design fault with no remedy offered.
