I do love clumber. My grandparents lived in the park in the houses near the cricket pith when I was a child and my dad lived in the clock tower building as a child.
Lovely set of photos I also like number 3 for the shadows but all show lovely autumnal colours
The second one is the most appealing to me. I don't know if it's the angle or if it's that the sea so soft has more context when the sky is included.

Lovely shot, might be nice at some point to take another with a bit more space between her and the tree and see if you can blur out that background and get some nice bokeh.

Ok thanks will give it a little more room at the bottom next time. I framed it with the top of the tubes of fireworks just out of shot so I could get as much of the sky in as possible but not sure it helped my composition here
Thanks everyone . I will look to see if I have any with more in shot. I was a little limited. I'm on a crop sensor , I believe I was at 18mm but couldn't get any further back.

Thank you all for your comments, I may have a feel with one and see what I feel like with it in hand but from what I've read so far I may just be going for more batteries than anything else
Using a borrowed 7d at mo but I'm looking to get the 80d this side of Christmas. I know the weight different on the 7d is a fair bit anyway so weighing up my options batteries wise
