I get a lot of these messages. It's not a problem for me but I worry for elderly people like my parents.

Definitely Portra 400!

Just stick to film for now. It'll be much better than the old digital backs. Get some of that new Portra 160 and 400. Both seem like incredibly nice films. I haven't tried them yet, though. Oh and get a scanner.

I don't like the build of the cheaper Elinchroms but their modifiers are quite nice. Bowens softboxes are a nightmare to take apart.
