I think, where you are likely to be situated for the football games, will have an impact. If you're on the sidelines, 300 2.8 is probably fine, but you may find it useful to purchase a teleconverter, given the D750 is full frame.

Should be able, to pick up a used, Nikon 200 - 500 for under £1000. Could then use, on your Z6 in the future, when you purchase an FTZ adapter. Although, that said, I'd be tempted to get the Nikon Z 180 - 600, around £1300 from Panamoz, but obviously, that would not be compatible with your D750.

Nikon lets you register, your imported product on their website, so I would think that it will be covered.

Nikon, doing the right thing, in recalling and fixing, even if out of warranty. That said, if you have an affected camera, you are not going to be without it for a while.

Will likely be purchasing, a Nikon Z8 and they have an excellent price, at the moment. Definitely tempted.
