    Ah, the belt modded variety, i'm thinking about getting mine done. Would you say it is worth the expense given that i use a polemaster for PA and PHD2 for guiding? PS: did you use a DSLR?

    Got my new Tamron 180mm today.

    Thanks Allen. I had a bit of indoor practice today and found the lens was a bit off, so after a lot of test shots i now have it perfectly micro adjusted and it's looking very sharp indeed.
