FINAL UPDATE: the lens is cleaned and is now snappy and respnsive and the aperture seems to open to the right values (within tolerences)

Just bought a Nikkor 50mm 1.8 AF of ebay and the diaphragm is oily as a pilchard. Since it came with a camera that I have already dismantled for parts I can't exactly return the lens. Would anyone know how easy it is to clean the diaphragm or anywhere I can send it of to get repaired.
