Finepix 6900Z Language settings

Hi guys- I have a 6900z that I bought in Japan- just wondering if anyone has any clue as to how to change the language settings! I actually read Japanese, but my younger daughtef doesn't and she'll be using it for a while... Any answers gratefully received!! Matt
