Cokin P series holder rubber nipple missing?

The Cokin filter holder I got today looks like yours, Barks. I also don't have such a rubber nipple (that's why a was googling and stumbled across this thread ;) ). I wouldn't even have noticed that something might be missing, but this cokin brochure mentions a nipple that must be removed to...
