Hi All, Recently got an Olympus OM-10 and put a ilford FP4+ through it. Absolutely loved the whole process of film shooting and it has given birth to a passion! I now own an Olympus OM-1 and am currently shooting FP4+ in that too. So here are my first film shots, hope its ok to post here...

Horizon needs straightening, other than that a lovely shot :thumbs:

Second one looks great, maybe tweak the white balance a bit..

Just put it in full auto mode, that's what I did on holiday when giving it to people. Still got some nice images :)

No probs, I was surprised actually as I am not a pixel peeper at all! Also like to to give a shout to Clifton Cameras who sold me the lens, excellent service and highly recommended! :) Just to add, they were RAW images converted in Lightroom with just an adjustment in wight balance.

Ok here is a shot at 1.4 and a 100% crop....looks sharp enough to me :) ?? 100%

Is my lens sharp or should I do some other test? I am more or less of the mind that if it seems sharp enough for me then it's sharp enough but it is always nice to get others opinions?

Yeah that's the one, I paid a lot more than that but I am impatient! And with the chance that it could need returning I decided to go with a UK company...

I really like it so far but that is a combination of things; I really like the focal length, design and quality of the lens and so far love the images I am getting from it. I haven't done much shooting at 1.4 yet, just did this shot, is there a better test of it? I focused on the T/in Korea...

I have had this lens for a few days, really like it. My lens setup is now a bit overflowing and I am considering selling the 24-70mm f2.8 and keeping my line up thus: Tokina 16-28mm f2.8, Sigma 35mm f1.4, Nikon 50mm f1.4G, Nikon 85mm f1.4D.. Here are a couple of samples (full res on flickr):
