Oh yeah of course. I’m not looking to disturb any nesting pairs, I wouldn’t dream of it. I’m just looking for a good starting point and I’m willing to put in days of work if it will pay off in the end.
Funny you should mention that. I’m going to take my son for a walk there this weekend! I’ve...
Hi all,
Kingfishers have been top of my list of birds I’d like to photograph for quite some time, but I’ve never had the pleasure of seeing one in person. I’ve just moved to Oxford and I’m trying to research possible locations for photography (since research is all we can do at the moment!)...
Hi guys,
I have just purchased a pair of Plus IIIe's and I am struggling to get them to work in the way I need them to. I would like to use one connected to a Sony A9II to trigger the shutter in continuous burst mode, but I can only get it to fire one shot at a time. I have the unit on the...
So very embarrassingly it turned out to be something much more simple than anything we’ve discussed here. The printer as it turns out was faithfully reproducing what was shown in the image! The sky was so naturally vibrant so it didn’t take much of a bump in the sliders to introduce a very...
Hi all,
I'd like to see if I can source some genuine Canon ink for the best price possible. I know it's always going to be extortionate, but if I can save as much as possible per cartridge that'll start to add up! Where's the cheapest retailer you've found so far?
Thanks!
Thanks for the replies guys :), To answer some of your questions I'm printing from a tif file and haven't exported to jpeg other than to view it on my iPad. The print outs are coming from LR directly rather than Print Studio Pro which I've admittedly never tried. I'm using the XPS driver for the...
Hi printer gurus,
I'm sure this is a common and easily resolved issue, but I'm having trouble finding and answer to it.
I'm trying to print a specific picture with a sky which shows very vibrant colours that transition across the print. However once printed it shows a very pronounced line...
 You sir, are a genius! I didn’t know anything like that existed. That saves me a whole load of money and I get to keep the original head (which I like) on the tripod. Doesn’t look like it will add much weight or bulk to the tripod either so it’s a win all round.
A hearty :plus1: to you!
It will have to support a reasonable amount of weight as I’ll be putting a 70-200GM and Sony A7RIII on it amongst other things, but that combo would be its biggest challenge. In terms of budget, I don’t want to go TOO nuts if I can help it, but at the same time I’ve learned from prior experience...
