Thanks pete, is the d5100 better than the d90. I feel I am always hindered with Sony, I love the camera but feel everywhere I look to buy stuff it only has a small amount of Sony stuff and becomes frustrating etc I may pop into the local shop to check out the Nikon/ canon range Cheers Max

Morning all, A little help needed please :help: I have a Sony A55 and have heard I can reverse a 50mm Minolta lens and create a reasonable Macro effect. Does anybody know what I need to do this and also what Minolta lens will work the best. I guess I need one with a stopping down...

What about an A55, how are they? I am mulling between an A700 or an A55? A700 for 290 or an a55 for 370
