Seems a good price. What's the verdict on the lens? Reviews seem to suggest its good value for money, perhaps not the best lens though

Yeah the 35, 55 and 85 all get very good reviews. Having a look through my typical portrait shots and there's a decent variety at at all 3 groupings, but 85 (ish) comes out on top, probably due to taking photos of kids so typically trying to do it from a bit of distance. Will give it some thought.

Got my new A73 over the weekend. Still getting used to it but so far very impressed with it, especially the auto focus eye settings. A lot more keepers than I was previously getting. I have the 24-105 with it which is my go-to lens for most situations. I would like one additional lens...

Have just put in an order for an A73 & 24-105. Should be arriving next week. Looking forward to getting used to it! Any decent YouTube videos / sites on recommended settings for it?

The R evf is a noticeable improvement. Much better resolution

Been a few years since I last looked at them and a few other places, but I've had them refuse stuff in the past as it was grey.

Would they take it if the lens was bought from Panamoz though with it being grey?

Looks like it’s only the older versions of the bodies though, not the IIIs which is a shame

Is there any rumors of a IV? It’s been mentioned a few times but I thought the III was still pretty new

Where's the info on JL doing 3 years on these? Just found the A73 on their site and listed as having 2.

Ignoring the grey aspect, the fact that they give 3 years warranty on everything is superb. No other high street shop I'm aware of is doing that

Thanks, that’s the best price I’ve seen. Not used them before, I’m presuming there a similar setup to digitalrev, so grey import with warranty provided by them. Interesting that there lens prices don’t seem much cheaper than normal places
