Hi, yeah have an 1100D which goes to 6400 iso but gets noisy at 800-3200

I've been asked to take photos of the bands performing at Kent Beer Festival next weekend but I'm unsure as to what settings and what lens to use. The venue is a cattle barn which is dark in the daytime so I'm going to need a wide aperture. The lenses I have are an 18-55mm kit lens an 18-135...

Thanks, the shot was taken on full zoom using my sigma 55-200 and cropped heavily and thats the best i could do without it getting pixelated They are very difficult to photograph as there tiny and very fast

Thanks for all the responses after some research I've decided on t5he Tamron 17-50 f2.8 purely for the low aperture, Shotshog I'll keep you up to date, my 17-85 was my everyday lens and its a shamed that its broken, now to start saving up

Yeah, my budget is around £200 and the 15-85 is a little bit over budget
