Do you actually believe that AI Servo will "never lock onto a steady subject", or are you "trolling" me?

I've had some problems with a Canon lens mis-focussing (see examples here). I asked Canon about the problem (via my "pro rep") and got this absurd reply. WTH!

If I stick to just the OVF can I leave the X100T switched on all day and have it wake up instantly when I touch the shutter release, as is normal with an SLR? Without the battery running down relatively quickly like a normal mirrorless camera with an EVF?

My friend had one of these. Dust got in behind the lens. It cost >£80 to get cleaned by Panasonic. It was back again in a couple of weeks. I treated my Canon S95 carelessly for years, but never had dust get in. I don't know if the S120 is still around, but it could be had very cheaply for a while.

Any thoughts on the mixed card slots? Seems like a pain. I would have prefered two the same. Is there scope for jamming the wrong card in the wrong slot?

The Adobe DNG Converter Tool includes lens profiles. RawTherapee finds them automatically and they are comprehensive. But I don't know how you would copy them into Lightroom though.
