When Photoshop CC was updated to CC 2014 there was no increase in price if that's anything to go by, also I was watching a video with Steve Caplin on RetouchPro's youtube channel and he said that Adobe had told him they had no plans to put the price up.
Probably because the OP has being going into other people topics and telling them that what they're doing is "pixelography" and not photography when they've been asking photoshop questions.

Since Google took them over they've gone to download only, which is a shame as the box that I've got for Colour FX Pro is really cool like some kind of puzzle box.
