A Ha, got it.A a blurring I shall go.

Thanks MM Paint.net seems good, and has a blurring feature but can`t yet work out how to blurr a specific area, I shall keep trying, any ideas? could it be something to do with layering?

I`ve no idea what a shag site is.

Hi Guys I`ve got some pictures that I need to blur the face on (don`t ask, although you probably will) rather than spray out. My limited knowledge on such matters is frustrating me enormously, seem to find loads of stuff for face blurring on video, can anyone point me in the right direction...
