I'm a Mountaineering Instructor, based in the Lake District.
I used to freelance as a travel photographer, semi-professionally, in that I managed to pay for a few personal trips by selling images to photo libraries and magazines.
This was nearly 20 years ago now - I've let my photography skills slip and I'm keen to develop them again and get back into things, but just for me, rather than trying to make sales.
I'm hoping to get some positive criticism from others as well as helping out myself, where I can.
A lot of my photography is climbing and mountaineering related due to my work. I also mountain bike and ski a lot so that is a theme too. I'd like to improve generally though and am lucky enough to live somewhere that's pretty amazing for landscapes.
Thanks for reading.
