No, the mirror drops back down when you take a picture in live view, very briefly. What I would do, is use live view 10x with manual focus and IS off, then turn off live view, lock mirror up and take pic.

You dont need to transfere your domain, you just need to change the nameservers it points to, which would be on your new hosting. Or you can transfere your domain if you want.
