My reprinted book arrived 10 days later. Finishing off was much better and shrink wrapped - the first one was not. Image quality is excellent, but still not impressed by the overall product. Both of my books had an "apology for late arrival" voucher (20% off next order).

Contacted customer support who asked for pictures of my book. Response: "Thank you for sending these images. We do apologise that the book you have received is not as it should be. We can confirm that we will re-print this and send a fresh copy as soon as possible." Not sure if it's just me...
