Panasonic or Fuji

I'm in search of a camera around £100 and currently my choices are a refurb Finepix S2500HD from Fuji or a second hand Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ18, which would you guys go for out of the two? I know the Fuji is a high resolution but I've heard the Panasonic takes nicer pictures? Cheers in...
