    Polarisers aren't great on wide angles lenses in my experience. I used one on the Canon 16-35 that I used to have and you end up with a light/dark/light effect across the sky.

    I was stood in that exact spot last Sunday (photos further up this thread). Salford Quays really is a very photogenic place these days, especially at night. I used to live there about 15 years ago and it's changed quite a bit.

    The Cinema picture setting is normally pretty accurate (for video at least). It's the Dynamic setting you want to avoid !

    Whitewall will print an image in any size (within reason) or ratio.

    Ace used Albelli (now Bonusprint) in the past and was happy with the results. The paper used in the lay flat books is quit thick though.
