which custom setting are needed to shoot football with my new Canon 7D

I just bought a Canon 7D. I have to shoot my son's state championship football game this weekend but I don't know how to this this new camera. What custom setting are needed for shooting fast moving subjects like football players? The photos last week were way too fuzzy...help! Clearly the...
